Couldn't resist taking a position in LAC @ 12. 35 and a stop at 9.27 the PSAR. All the stars were in alignment, except one, no, make that 2.
For You Guppy fans( of which I am one), LAC completed a full turnover with the 15 crossing the 30
Merry Christmas to all, and a happy and prosperous New Year,

@dangrene,
Are you basing your statement that LAC is likely to retrace, based on any specific technical criteria that SF has access to?
Thanks,
Ed S.

Sold half my LAC position this morning. A little dip, and I couldn't resist a 50% profit. However, if LAC continues to slide I might get back in, as both daily and weekly charts look good. It all depends on the 4 hr. chart
@Ed S.
I am still spending a lot of time on Edgerater, however little gain.

@duane,
Lots of nfl playoff games this weekend, so how about you posting one of your simplest SF filters that you currently use, and I'll convert it to an Edgerater Chart script so we can both run backtests on it in Edgerater.
Thanks,
Ed S..

@Ed S.
Thanx for the offer. Perhaps I should start a new topic in general discussion.

Note the following from TRO. Without searching further, if I remember correctly, I think that it was suggested that you exit a trade when RSI(2) reached this upper limit. HTH

In case you missed it please note that before I suggested that LAC would LIKELY retrace, I also commented that I was looking for SUNW to retrace.

As for LAC, allow me to withhold comment until Monday evening (or possibility Tuesday evening) as some stocks can teeter on the brink for more than 1 or 2 days.

Jan 15 (Reuters) - The U.S. Bureau of Land Management gave final approval on Friday to Lithium Americas Corp's Thacker Pass lithium mine in northern Nevada, part of a push by policymakers to boost domestic output of the white metal for electric vehicle batteries.
The Vancouver-based company now plans to seek financing for the project, which could be producing lithium by October 2022. The approval comes in the waning says of U.S. President Donald Trump's administration, during which a raft of mining projects have been approved.
