I was in a banana republic country recently where wages are $30 per month yet everyone had an IPhone. I'm still supporting RIMM with my blackberry phone and playbook.

I spend considerable time in China. You should see the knock offs of the iPhone. They are all over. Some are pretty good, they run Apple Os.
The best knock off I have heard is in Bejing. There were 5 "Apple Stores" that were not legit. How awesome of a brand do you have when people knock off your stores.
