No, actually I'm using the original from the first page---the 13 week.

Congratulations, you've made tons of profits...with PBF!
PBF: Up 80%
VET: 45% profits :|
APA: 38% profits :/
Fang: 25%; This was the lowest.. :(
But then again, the scan only asks for a mere 5% ...

I know it's Thursday, and we shouldn't run the scan until the weekends.
BUT...just out of curiosity, I ran the scan today just to see what shows up, and it came up with these 4 stocks:
2 stocks that are about to start a bullish uptrend (maybe).
DAN
GLNG
And 2 stocks that are already on a bullish trend for months, but *may* still keep going up.
PBF (this one is better than dino...)
DINO
Do your due diligence!

It's Sunday, here are the 2 picks for Tomorrow Monday (and all of next week):
Stng
Oec
Dino and Pbf keep showing up, even though they've done their run for the week....
....as always, due your due diligence.

@sr7,
When I run Kevin's filter from his initial post on page 1 of this thread, I get 42 results and none of those results are
Stng
Oec
nor are
Dino and Pbf included in those results.
Did you run that filter for 3 June to get those results or are you running a different version of Kevin's filter?
If you post the specific filter you are running that would be a big help.
Thanks,
Ed S.

I'ts a modified version of the original (the 13 week), and took code from other scans posted on the forum.
I call it the 5% Platinum scan.
I'm still working on it, so I'd rather not post it ...
The thing about the original is that it's very strict, it doesn't show much, so for THAT scan, I took the reward down to 1.5 to show more stocks
I ran the scan again today and it showed these 2 stocks that I like:
CVE
AR
A distant 3rd was APA; let's ignore that one.
CVE and AR don't show up in the 1st row though, and it's Tuesday, we should ONLY be running the scan on the weekends; so I'm just doing it to see what shows up (just to see how they perform).
...and still modifying the other scan--- the Platinum scan.

That explains why my results don’t match yours!

Attempting to revive the thread. Need to learn some trading discipline, so I figured one of the best ways would be to find a couple of interesting filters and run with them through my Webull Paper Trading account. Ran this filter Sunday and came up with two hits: GRRR and NOTV. I will admit, I did not do any DD on them.
The first problem (other than not doing DD) was my entry price. I should've listened to TRO's voice in the back of my head: "It's not WHAT you trade, it's HOW you trade it." Ugggghhh!
Instead of a Limit Buy at open I did a Market Buy, BIGGGG mistake. Already stopped out at GRRR. If I had done a Limit Price based on Friday's close it would not have tripped my SL, although it would still be down about 8% on the day (I have a 10% SL on all these trades). Some DD would've also uncovered that this went up 200% recently and that a pullback was inevitable. Still, I probably would've gone ahead and bought it anyway, meh 🤷♂️
The next problem was with NOTV. This time it wasn't my fault, but the fault of Webull's Paper Trading system. It doesn't allow more than one sell order at a time. So by putting in a SL price, it would not allow me to ALSO place a Take Profit order. I missed the 5% on the day. 😥
So, I guess I'm done for the week: one loser (GRRR) and one winner (NOTV)... guess I better go find some other filters to play with.

legaltendies, if you want to swing trade with unambiguous rules, look to Larry Connors. I posted about his strategies some time ago.

P.S. - WSB called. They want you back. Don't give in!
