I am afraid the answer is going to be ridiculously obvious but I see where I can screen for increasing or decreasing for a set number of days. Is there a way to screen for not increasing or decreasing?

Not increasing:


Fetcher[
close <= close 1 day ago for last 5 days
]



Not decreasing:


Fetcher[
close >= close 1 day ago for last 5 days
]
