 Karen this was cross referenced on several filters with a move up imminent IMO.  Looking first at MACD/EMA/Centerline and its location in the MACD box.  I look at this FIRST before any further assessment.  If those indicators are low in the MACD indicator window then : volume vs. avg volume (50) at support, RSI, MA's, retracement, and potential resistance points.  Plug in watchlist with a column for average volume (50) and a column for RSI (2) sorted high to low, then add the filters of choice for (I hope) confirmation.
