 I myself watch the EMA(13) as if price is above the the EMA(13) the trend is still bullish. The EMA(13) isn't perfect. People use different exit's like RSI(2) ,  StochRSI(7), macd histogram(12,26,9),  macd histogram(5,13,6), TSI(7,3,3) or if the stock is showing weakness. Look at historical resistance and support line as far back as 18 months to see were a stock may be headed for another historical breakout. To don't be too greedy, take some profit while yo have it. If it drop and  stops out as a loss . Move on to another stock
 
 Try a filter like and remember the trend is your friend. To me alot of trending stocks will follow above the EMA(13) and drop back down to test the EMA(13) give or take a little.
 
 Show stocks where price is above the EMA(50)
 Draw EMA(13)
 volume is above 200000
 Price above 0.20
