It was a very difficult decision, but I have decided to hand off all my trading accounts to my bagger DIRK at Rico’s Finer Foods and will travel around the world for a year. It’s time to set sail and explore, Au Revoir!!

Thanx Mac & Nobody. I just went to Greece for nearly a month and plan on going to the Philippines for a few weeks.
I’ve mostly closed my accounts and I’m buying each one of my 3 children a home as I don’t feel the market can run forever. We may be set to run for years but looking at years such as 201-2003 2008 2018, there is absolutely no way to safely play Tqqq. 2001-2003 would have been a 99% wipeout using most any indicator, there’s absolutely nothing I’ve found here that would have worked in any of those years so I’m taking my money and running. I just left a few bucks in GRN USO TQQQ CETX. I’m tempted just to buy and hold TMF, wondering if that would work long term as it’s returned about 23% doing nothing,
If I could find a good stock/bond filter that would be cool but the ones here have not held up.

That's beautiful and great to hear. Congrats on your next phase of life!!!. So cool to hear about it. bummer on the warnings as I want to get to where you are and sometimes the warnings are like ' crap , maybe I should move to cash'.
havent had a chance to interact a lot with you but enjoy your time!!!!.. The most precious commodity of all.

Hey thanx, the market may still move big but it’s like musical chairs, you’re right until you’re not. I will still be around to help me manage my accounts on C2. but quite honestly I’m bored with this hobby and that might burn out soon. At least at C2 you are not using much of your own money.
I’ve not had to work since my early 40s, living off of about 30 rentals now after my father left me his inheritance and our 2 online businesses.
For all the years of threads out here, there is not much info on how to handle a bear market that outperformed. Not many get wealthy from stocks as it’s a suckers game just look around, it’s either broken down gamblers mostly losing playing options or nerdy types that have been trying to figure it out for years.
I’m also tired of all the butt smacking whenever someone creates a brand new lame filter that sux.
When you compliment someone on how great their crappy filter is, you hurt newbies that invest in trash.
Anyway, good luck.

Yeah, I was tricking myself that I had the market figured out until I did some back testing, all my success is based on luck and just being on the right side in bull markets. And somehow my instincts kept me out in Feb 2020.
I’m not looking for more filters in a bull market, anyone can win in that environment, but a Tqqq Sqqq filter that would distinguish between a bear market and a pull back would be gold. You get dozens of fake short signals for every true bear signal.
