It does sounds contradictory, but seasoned traders would know what I'm talking about. My buy signal doesn't get me in at the exact bottom, it will take a day or two before triggering.

market bleeding off the overbought condition(redzone), this is why I don't open longs in there. Some sideways movement can reset indicators.
