how to create filter to find stock with daily percent change averaging above 3% within the las 3 days.
for example day one, the stock move +4%, then second day move -3.5%, then third day move +4.5%
can somebody help?

This gives you stocks which have had a percent change greater than 3% in each of the last three days. In reading your post you might be looking for this instead:
