Need help writing a filter that will show stocks with decreasing prices for an extended period of time. Is that possible?

Fetcher[close has been decreasing for the last 5 days
and average volume(30) is above 500000
and close is between .20 and 125 and close is above ma (50) and draw ma (50) and draw ma (18) and draw ma (9)

Start here,modify as you wish.This is also a good momentum/pullback filter.Best,Miketranz..
