How do I word a filter where the price is right on or slightly above or below weekly EM A(10)?

Range provided for variable x: -.10 to +.10 cents
OPTION:
When x = 0 the match is exact where weekly ema and day's price are the same (+ or - rounding error)
ADD add column x equals 0 and REMOVE add column x between -.10 and .10
