This was mentioned on Bloomberg TV this AM...a big push for NY to go all electronic, NO human interaction...

So much for my dream of being a specialist to take all your money...

I am reading TRADING RULES II by William F. Eng.

There is a great "rule" about the specialist.. a must read!
