 Question: What is "Lightning" up and down?
 Any link to something on the Internet (ie, article)?

 The lightening bolt set up is basically an ABCD measured move;
 Point A (swing low) to B (intermediate high) can be projected from point C (in time and/or price). The retracement from B - C being the retracement of the initial move.
 And vice versa.

 You can easily draw and modify these in Ensign for Windows
