I have recently been trying to create a filter and have been struggling to find the correct phraseology. I am specifically looking to have the current bar open 5% above the previous bar's close. If anyone could help or inform me if it is even possible I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

There's even a specific indicator for that one:

Fetcher[
close > 10
close-to-open gap > .05
add column close-to-open gap
]
