Hi,
As indicated in our support email, please provide us with a specific example. We looked at the one you mention and the new and old versions had identical columns.
When you have a chance, please send us a snapshot of the issue you are seeing.

Hi,
Looking at your account and the watchlists folder we do see results. You aren't by chance using a saved bookmark to view your watchlists are you?
When you have a chance, try:
http://www.stockfetcher.com/watchlist
Let us know if you're able to view your watchlists. If this resolves the issue, we'll look into fixing the problem with the bookmark url you might have.

Those are custom indicators from his filters (likely counts). You'll need to ask him what the criteria is.

Do you experience this with all filters or only specific saved filters? Additionally, have you tested with a different browser to see if the problem is specific to FireFox? During our testing and usage of StockFetcher with FireFox, we have not witnessed any specific slow-down/performance issues with this browser.
Any additional details you can provide will help us further troubleshoot any issues you may be experiencing.

Hi -
Thank you for the additional details. Unfortunately, we don't see the same issues you mention. When we pull up filter results on the iPad (via Safari) we are able to see the red Historical link.
Clicking on that results in a display with a chart that includes the green arrows where the filter matched the symbol prevoiusly:
Additionally, at the top of this page is an area where you can adjust the end-date for the chart:
Any additional details you can provide will help us further understand this issue.

We have reduced the number of results to 25 (vs. 100) to see if this solves the problem.

@marine2: We have removed the option to opt out at this time as we believe most issues have been resolved. If you have any additional details on problems you are running into, please let us know.
@Mactheriverrat: We are not able to reproduce the sluggish results. Our timing suggests the results are returned at close to the same amount of time. When you have a chance, please send us the specs of your pc or mac (model/version/year bought/etc). You might also try rebooting your computer to see if that helps with your performance.
