This is a practical & logical idea.
I don't know of ANY broker who makes it possible
to enter orders triggered by INDICATORS or chart patterns
(Any know of one let me know)
I think SF or Vestyl know how to do that and ARE doing it

In Backtesting I copied one entry, thus making 2 identical entries XBL1 and XBL1a
Then I moved the phrase line " and Slope Low(5) > .05 "
from 3rd to 2nd place in the " Entry Filter" of the other entry
I expected the results to be identical, not so.
BUG??? (I hope not, altough I spent all day rechecking this)

Entry Filter
/*XBL1 */
Close is between 1 and 8
and Slow Stochastics(12,5)%K < 30
and Slope Low(5) > .05

---------------------------------------------------------
Entry Filter
/*XBL1a*/
Close is between 1 and 8
and Slope Low(5) > .05
and Slow Stochastics(12,5)%K < 30

----------------------------------------------------------
Results:

XBL1 12/24/2007 7/16/2007 11/16/2007 46% 49% 0.94:1 1.30 102.28%
XBL1a 12/24/2007 7/16/2007 11/16/2007 44% 51% 0.85:1 2.08 426.28

/* BLx1*/
Close is between 1 and 8
and Slope Low(5) > .05
and Volume gained > 90%
/*and Slow Stochastics(12,5)%K < 30
and Williams %R(12) < -70
and Slow Stochastics(12,5)%K gained > 1%
and CCI(12) gained > 1%
and A/D gained > 1%
and Money Flow gained > 1% */

/*---- end 28BLx01-------*/
/*and Close equals High*/
/*and Market is Nasdaq*/

Please explain the difference between the 2 below:
They give different results

1.show stocks where Support(30,7,1) > 0
2.. show stocks where Support(30,7,1) slope > 0

I am looking for stocks with a rising Support Trend line
i.e increasing daily or intraday Lows

To BackTest Stocks listed in Watchlist SFWx with Filter SFFx
1. Copy SFFx to SFFy, then edit SFFy and add "Apply to Watchlist(SFWx)"
2. Click on BackTesting
3. At "Entry Filter" enter SFFy

How can you have a ROI=150% and 250% if your gaining %=25 and losing %=75%
I'd like to see the entry & exit conditions.
