Hi Niko, I was able to do some quick trading in and out up until noon when I went to lunch. After lunch I was going long because the market was getting stronger since the open. So when priced rolled over, I quickly gave up $600 of profit before I reversed and then went short. I did some quick scalps and got back $400 of my lost profits. Since I was looking at the trees instead of the forest, I too didn't realize what a great short there was the rest of the afternoon. If I had kept my shorts without touching the trigger to take small profits, it would have been a day of several $k's of profit! It was a profitable day, but I sure left alot on the table again. It gets back to patience and the willingness to let price bounce around without immediately getting out.
Let's look forward to tomorrow. Joe

Looking foward to hearing from you on Thursday. Let's make it a repeat of this morning.

Avery, I have never traded forex, but I do alot of trading in stocks and emini's and some option trading. Could you please tell me if currencies are a good trending instrument? I thought that I have read somewhere that there are profitable trends in the curriencies if you know now to identify and follow a trend. Is this correct in your opinion? Any special indicators that you recommend for currency trading?
Thanks, Joe
