The basic screen comes from https://vantagepointtrading.com/increase-profits-and-cut-your-day-trading-work-load-with-a-high-volatility-stock-screen/. It's not too different from the work done by others on volatility screens.

I added a screen on the last time there was a 4.5% high over open in the last five days, and a 5% low below the previous day's close for the next day. Some interesting results if you set limit orders 5% below the previous day's close for the top five.

A 5-day back test is...

It's a manual thing you can do yourself. And how do you define what a "win" is? And are you buying on the trigger day close or the next morning?

Don't know if this is what you're aiming for...

set{rsilong1, count(E4 > 0,1)}
set{rsilong2, count(rsi(30) above 4, 1)}
set{rsilong3, count(rsi(4) above rsi(9), 1)}
set{rsilong4, rsilong1 + rsilong2}
set{rsilong5, rsilong4 + rsilong3}
set{rsilong, count(rsilong5 equals 3, 1)}

Blast from the past. I made one change...I sum the rsi(2) over 10 days rather than adding current, 5 days ago and 10 days ago.

Fetcher[symlist(ugaz, dgaz, fas, faz, tna, tza, erx, ery, edc, edz, nugt, dust, jnug, jdst, uslv, dslv)
set{rsichk, sum(rsi(2), 10)}
add column rsichk
sort column 5 ascending
draw rsi(2)
draw rsi(2) line at 70 on plot rsi(2)
rsi(2) < 35
add column high
]

I trade the ETF with the lowest 10-day rsi(2) sum...the ETF at the top of the list. I set a stop limit buy at the current day's high. Next day, if price passes through the previous day's high either from above or below, then the buy is triggered.

If you're new to stock trading, do your due diligence and my advice would be to paper trade for awhile. This particular filter is really easy to paper trade and track.

Was just playing around with it as a simple swing trade on the daily. Fair number of rockets, but also very volatile.
