TRO, thank you for posting that article. I would like to add one more to that number and it is the Chairman of the SEC who after 70 years of having an uptick rule, removed it about one year ago. That was the end of the trading for me, not to mention the rule that was in place when there was a halt on trading after the Dow dropped significantly (was it 100 points?). Our government has been run for many years by white collar thugs in my opinion., I just do not see how we can ever recoup.

I check your filter every week but have been using the Dec 11, 2006 version, which is the 51 week high. Please keep posting, these filters are just great.
