Let those who never make a bad trade cast stones.

Again I ask: Has anyone reviewed enough history of Mary's calls? I have not. Cut the losses........

Before a trade is made and money and ego are put at risk, we are creatures of intellect and not emotion.

Hence, the best time to decide the buy-in price, the stop loss, and the profit sell price is before a trade is made. The markets destroy emotion. Making decisions in advance, one removes emotion from the trade.

Everyone seems to spend a lot of time noticing the bad calls Mary makes. Has anyone taken a comprehensive look at everything he/she says?

One call like this FRE/FNM/LEH makes up for a bad one or two, methinks.

Good or bad, one still must pull the trigger and make the trades.

Strangely enough, butterflies were originally called Flutterbies, I much more appropriate name. Not sure why or when it changed.

Look at the performance of the stocks she listed. One could have made serious money.

The Fed is holding the line on interest rates to present a relatively attractive deal for foreign borrowers while at the same time "printing" money so that all this debt will be paid back with inflated dollars. The only question is how long they can continue to walk the tight rope. So far, so good.

Why is it that the Fed says they are concerned about inflation yet they continue to increase the money supply, the true source of inflation. The answer is they have no choice. Did anyone else find it strange that they decided to stop publishing M3 figures. They know and use this number. Why is it they don't want the public to know what it is?

MARY--did you check the VIX back in 2000. We aren't even close to the highs. Granted 2000 markets were unusual, but it would seem the unusual is now the usual.

Is this not an indication that the current market environment is "irrational"? When selling panic hits, even strong stocks are sold. Tuesdays NYSE decline/ad ratio was almost 15 stocks sold to 1 bought. Not many went up.

Lets be sure to overemphasize the one that was wrong instead of the many that were right. No one hits 100%
