If you have had this stock for a while (say since sometime in September 2021), would you SELL it today?
Why and why not?
=====================================================================================

@styliten

I only tackle your tricky question because I've found value in your prior posts.

1 Reason to sell:

Take profit as current price near ceiling of 2016 & 2018

2 Reasons to hold:

Let winners run

per Williams O'Neal via Ed S nibor100: Too high tends to go higher
https://www.stockfetcher.com/forums/Filter-Exchange/Comparative-Relative-Strength-not-RSI/157737/0

and

per styliten Translating Relative Strength

So, I'd take a chance, and hold IGT
The trend is our friend, 'til the end, when it bends

Thanks for the info, but I am not a subscriber so I did not attend.
On a separate note, I wish sF did not remove ^VIX.

@ glgene

Back in 2007, danglin offered to show some of the stuff that you are looking for.

https://www.stockfetcher.com/forums/Filter-Exchange/Curious-who-has-the-best-filter-so-far-holy-grail/52993/20

I only come across this offer today and did not contact danglin.

If danglin shares it with you, then please tell us how danglin does it.

Thanks.

the scanner finds the % of stocks from various watchlists that are above and below the 50 and 200-day simple moving average.The results (%) appear on a graph that can be displayed in multiple time frames.
I realize you can do a similar sort on SF (show stocks above or below etc ...) , but I don't think the % can be automatically calculated, which made the scan so good. You can scroll thru any time frame and it's like having a crystal ball.

FYI redversa721

According to Erin Swenlin, today Oct 1, 2021 was Upside Initiation Climax

https://d.stockcharts.com/img/articles/2021/10/01/8ddc0555-30f3-420d-809f-12172efef1a3.jpg

https://stockcharts.com/articles/chartwatchers/2021/10/two-more-climax-days-last-week-786.html

"Today's upside initiation climax holds promise, but we are dealing with a very weak market so we would expect to see churn more than a strong rally early next week."
