You buy multiple Whole life insurance policies.
They pay internal dividends and grow at 3-4% a year.

You can remove some income tax free, because it's a loan.
If you die your beneficiaries receive tax free proceeds.

It's popular with insurance agents as a way to sell no risk policies as savings accounts for various reasons.

The monies should grow over time at 3-4% a year, although some will tell you it's closer to 5-6%...
