No new trades for 2/28/2020 - it looks like GCAP pops up, but it is a result of an acquisition and therefore not a valid candidate.
This is why I did not backtest this extensively, versus doing what is more realistic - paper trading it going forward. In a backtest some trades simply would not be taken, and often the quoted prices are not what they were at the time the trade would have been taken due to things like reverse splits. Caveats to those trying to backtest this (or any) filter here on SF.

APT is the only outstanding trade - wild swings and sitting at a loss of -94% right now, but the ROC(5,1) is still very high at 268 so plenty of room to collapse back to Earth. This is to be expected at a very low level (a few percent of the time) but as the forward trading data is showing, the system is still doing fine.
