I am still learning the value of restraint. Between now and the election will be as challenging a time to trade as anything. Taking any new positions now is a crap shoot - you'd better have an edge you can count on.

When you're running hot in the market, you feel invincible, but times like these can be confusing.
I was smart enough to get into property early, bought my house for 320k & with the updates I made,
I can sell it for 800k. Could afford twice the house but I don't use loans & my goal is income. Every property I own has tripled in value. I have 17 rentals in il. Fl. & Europe, & im buying foreclosures when I can, though they are hard to find now, so this is just a small hobby just to keep my old mind busy.
In fact, I may be going back to Greece to look into some Villas by the sea which are selling for 5-20k!

shillihs, you are the 1 cubs fan who seems to have a life in addition to baseball ha ha.
What do you think about DUST? The swings are nuts. I got in at 35.80 in post market last night. got up at 4am to sell it at 37.64. But if I waited I would be looking at 35 bucks or so. A few weeks ago it seemed to be running straight up like TVIX is doing so now. Interested in the correlation between DUST and TVIX.

If the Cubs won 10 years ago, I'd be more blown away, but now I look at it from a pragmatic standpoint.
You're watching & cheering for someone else doing a job, & they're hitting a rock with a stick.
It's like cheering on a grocery clerk for stocking a shelf properly or a plumber rodding a toilet.
I saw something in a filter that pointed towards DUST being up long term but who knows.
I'm hoping this is the big Tvix dip as I've made all my loss back from Ugaz and then some.

yes, longer term all the hedge funds are long on DUST for that reason. but they can swallow a ton of consolidation. It appears JNUG and NUGT will ride the volatility wave up through the election though. After the election stress, DUST appears to be ready for a big ride.

Slovaki...are you crazy?? I was the only subscriber when it was free then I was kicked off after 1 day. I would have a huge loss after you recommended UGAZ long.
Who is crazy enough to pay $49 much less $1999/mth. You need to take your medication Slovaki.
