20 DMA?
You posted a 5-month chart with 50 & 200 DMAs.
I don't use MAs, but for the sake of other people reading the board, it might be useful to post the chart with the 20 MA and specify the time frame so they can SEE what you're talking about.
(assuming you're not using a 5-month chart for day-trading)

I guess stockcharts wont hold the settings? I dont have a sub.
I use the 20 DAY on the DAILY for a simple rule.. long above short below.
For swing or scalp.... if you want to scalp look to trade in the direction of the trend.... do not short if above the 20day. when you go with the trend you increase your odds.. that is all.
The only time I break the rule is if price is at a MAJOR support or resistance line.. using PnF or weekly charts.
