/CL probably should be about $42
Definitely manipulated. You have to ask yourself 'why' on the Aramco IPO? These middle east has been given cash for years at the mercy of foreign policies and now they want to go public. If I were swimming in money I wouldn't go public.

XIV...resis at $107.35(BB125) 30-min....looking to see who is in control of this ETF... buyers or sellers?
will draw my battle line at $106.58 for intraday trading on this ETF.
1st 30-min buyers will try keeping it above 106.58, sellers below.
FYI....like most traders I shorted the evening star candlestick 5 days ago.

XIV...$108.11(mid BB40) still holding tight. This direction will be resolved today since we have both bands converging and about to meet. Price action showing Bulls with the advantage
