If Trump actually provides details on this, I would agree. However, I think he is just trying to create "accomplishments" within the first 100 days that really are just more of a wish list. The market will not be fooled by that (IMHO).
Example (from this mornings Marketwatch site):
"Tax-plan preview: Trump says a “big tax reform and tax reduction” announcement is coming Wednesday, but his budget director said a complete proposal probably won’t be ready until June. Office of Management and Budget Director Mick Mulvaney told Fox News over the weekend that the White House will offer “specific governing principles” for its tax plan, along with indications of what new rates would be."

absolutely agree. my point really is that it is a wildcard...could go either way. we know trump will not provide a ton of detail, but just one liners on the tax cuts. however apparently the one liners are 1986 in scale.

Looks like anyone who went long TVIX at the market open price today will be happy. I (once again) put my limit order price too low. C'est la vie.

Long TVIX 200 shares at $33.25. Was able to get this filled after all.
Added another 200 shares of TVIX at $32.25 - new position is long 400 shares at $32.75.
This is another short hold play - the ^VIX futures are now back in contango which works against long volatility plays.
