Sold IWM from 115.95 @117.16; 117.3 is about the limit of ADR(5) so I don't feel too bad.

More people are getting in and chasing the market, because they don't want to miss out the continuation of the move.
Everyone is pretty hyped up, markets rally in Europe and Asia....
IWM approaching 118.5... I can see small-caps hitting highs as well...
