SPLK($67)......washout with stops being triggered below ema100, you normally see some great bounces here...very risky!!!

HI johnpaulca
Any particular reason for entry point on FDO..5 min intervals or ??.I usually wait for the stock to break the prev day high...(if not too high)
Thanks for all of your posts!

I use 15-min with my favourite custom indicator not 5-min. 5-min would be too noisy, but any good indicator should work....glty

So looking at it, it had monster volume, at the end of day yesterday, was that your primary trigger for entry first few minutes of trading?
thanks again

I look for big buyers on Time and Sales and price action at key supports. I also look at the risk if i was to short the stock. FDO was more likely to go up, shorting was far more risky. ...hth

Thanks
I adjusted my macd (1,5,8),,,to get in..then out of a trade. ..to the 15 min interval...this helps tremendously....much better than 5 min intervals.
Thanks again

MDCO...this was triggered 120-mins ago on 15-min timeframe , see if you get a signal using your MACD

Yes, that coupled with full stochs(12,6,3)...works as confirmation, a continuation fm the night before..and helps smooth things out. Thanks again
