I got this idea from shillllihs, ty
This strategy is managed by Bob, he starts a 500K portfolio every year
Performance
2013 - 624k
2014 - 168k
2015 - 200k
2016 - 263k
2017 - 300k
2018 - -50k
2019 - 353k
2020 - 2080k
rolling 1 year performance
currently its going through its worst draw down of -175k on rolling return of 1702k

Short -Sell Filter

I tried it for some time, and am no longer trading it,
the issue in short sell is, not all trade by this filter are tradable,
I would love to get instructions if any one is trading it profitably
