Would like some help creating a filter, stock price above 10, large ATR if possible so we don't find quiet stocks. Something with maybe a 60 to 90 day regular channel range. Stocks that can be bought near the low of the channel and sold/short sold near the top.

Dude, simply do a search for atr; a quick look turns up at least 40 pages referencing that metric, with an average of 27 entries per page. Quick math tells us that's around 1,080 candidate discussions, example filters/models, exclamations and declamations on the topic. Read, disassemble / reassemble the examples, try a few dozen (paper-trading and tracking) and see what works for you.
The pro's here are very helpful, but they're more responsive to specific technical questions (you need to try and fail, then ask for help) than addressing general category concerns...
